И така,два дни след лятното слънцестоене, т.е. официалното астрономическо начало на най-горещия годишен сезон,за пореден път става ясно,че под слънцето няма нищо ново.  Оказва се,че и в древността,и при тоталитаризма,и в условията на демокрация „Почти невъзможно е човек едновременно и да духа и да гълта“. Такава е ситуацията и с това лято.Жега е.Е,има море,има пясък,има и красиви жени…Няма пари!…Или духаш,или гълташ…Лято е!

Ето и нашите „мазни“ летни съвети:

 

Кога да започнем с мазането

Слънцезащитна козметика трябва да се ползва през цялата година.Добре е да помним, че радиацията в градски условия е по-голяма заради отразяването на светлината и кожата няма време за въстановяване, когато отидем и се доизпържим безотговорно на морето. Необходимо е и да се купи фотозащитна козметика.

Основни грешки

Фотозащитният крем трябва да се поставя на цялото лице, гърба на дланите и ръцете –  това  са зоните, изложени целогодишно на слънце. Грешка е да се смята, че тази козметика ни позволява по-дълго и по-безразсъдно да се печем.

Как се разпознава вредната козметика

Трябва да се използва само дермо-козметика – тя е съобразена с типа кожа, както и с евентуален дерматологичен проблем.

Възрастните и детските кремове

Разликата между козметиката за деца и за възрастни е в  използвания филтър – химичен или минерален. Добре е да се знае, че кремовете за малчугани запушват кожата при възрастните . Това създава предпоставка за обриване и зачервяване. Някои хора не са наясно и че кремовете, които са добри за зимата, не са подходящи за лятото.

UV-факторът

Факторът означава минутите, в които имаме стопроцентова фотозащита. Ако той е 20, значи, че 20 минути човек е напълно защитен от слънцето. След това въздействието на продукта намалява. Най-високият 50+ фактор дава около 50 минути максимална фотопротекция.Освен това не бива да забравяме и механичната защита –  шапка с козирка, лека дреха, чадър, и най-вече неизлагане в часовете на активно слънцегреене – от 12 до 16 часа.

Как се лекува слънчево изгаряне

В случаите на зачервяване трябва да се използват специалните препарати за след плаж. В случаите на по-тежки мехури и изгаряния е нужно веднага да ги види специалист. Тогава може да се вземе аспирин, парацематол, ако се наложи трябва да се приемат икортико-стероиди. В същото време някои лекарства допринасят за реакции на кожата я правят по-светлочувствителна. Такива са медикаменти за кръвно, антидепресанти, лечение на акне, голяма част от антибиотиците, хормоналните противозачатъчни и др…
