И така, в днешния 18-ти ден на м.ноември,отново е неделя и пак сме заедно.Студено е.Точно си е есенно времето.Все пак е средата на ноември,което означава,че към зима,свинско,винско и тежка поредица от предстоящи имени дни отива работата.Не ни остава нищо друго,освен да го ударим на предпразничен трапезен лайф или по скоро жизнь-поради паяжинно-прашасалите ни джобове и портфейли.
Съвсем не случайно ви казах,че към свинско и най-паче към винско отива работата.Едно исконно родно-народно проникновение гласи: «Ахмак лозе копае,юнак вино пие! «…Та имено според него и на най-шантавия става ясно,чe докато редовите ахмаците копаят лозето,някои други,по-юнаци,седят и си пият виното.Уви, точно такова е,положението в нашата малка,но весела държава и в буквален,и в преносен смисъл.Тоест,почти във всичко и навсякъде.Но днес ще оставим в страни греховете человечески,ахмаците и юнаците,за да си поговорим за виното.Виното,отъждествяващо кръвта Господна.Виното, с което се причестяваме.Виното,с което е любим и мразим.Виното,което се усмихва или ридае заедно с нас в празници и в страдания. Виното-муза,вдъхновявало и вдъхновяващо гениите,разкривайки им непознати дълбини,несънувани светове и немечтани любови.Изобщо,както е казал проникновения познавач на течните угоди Джон Стайнбек:”Душата на непиещия е изсушена и свита,непорочната му поза на трезвеник е прикритие за анонимни и отвратителни постъпки!”…
Вече трети ден в различни винелюбни государства се вихрят традиционните,
грандиозни фиести,свързани с дегустацията на младите вина.В прочутия и славен,трети четвъртък на м.ноември за 67- ти пореден път из заведенията на 111 държави по света,с начален старт даден във Франция в 24.00 ч.( осем часа след Токио, но преди Ню Йорк.) бе разрешена официално продажбата и съответната употреба на дългоочакваното,
прочуто Божоле Нуво.
Времето – много слънце, малко дъжд – беше перфектно за божолето и според специалистите през тази година младото вино се определя като „изключително“.То се отличавало с заоблени аромати.Освен задължителния подчертан в вкус на черното грозде “Гаме” в него се усещат цветовете на тъмно-лилав гранат, прекрасните кадифени танини и ухание на червени и черни горски плодове… С една дума-плодово,плодово и пак плодово! Денят на Божолето се празнува в цял свят и тържественото му представяне започва точно в полунощ с думите: Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrive! It’s Beaujolais Nouveau Time! Или „Новото Божоле пристигна!“. В България, първата доставена бутилка от новата реколта, бе обявена от Стефан Делайе, Председател на Френско-българската търговска и индустриална камара и Н.Пр. Ерик Льобедел, посланик на Франция в България, в ролята си на патрон на церемонията.Събитието се състоя в Националния дворец на културата, а темата на изданието е „Галерия на изкуствата Божоле“. Младото вино е нетърпеливо и по традиция трябва да се изпие до Коледа,така че от днес, 18 ноември ни остават само 37 дни.
Българина,също тръпне край канелките. Неотдавна в една от рубриките на Агенция „Тенев“-„Днешни мъдрости за утре“,споделих следната мисъл на Дийн Мартин:“Въздържанието е нещо много хубаво,само ако се практикува умерено!“…Е,имено такъв тип въздържание-умереното е съпровождало нашенеца през вековете,та чак до наши дни.През уважението на славянските племена към медовината,през крумовите сурови закони,срещу лозите,кипящия гроздов сок и употребителите му,до изключителното признание на родните червени вина по световните предвоенни изложения и техния днешен пробив на консервативните западни пазари,виното и ракията са били неотделима частица от битието на нашенеца. Дали на сладка раздумка с приятели в механата,от радост,от мъка,до или от сутринта,пожеланията „за здраве“ и „на здраве“ ни съпровождат от първият ни земен ден и не секват,дори и след смъртта,ако сме оставили добра следа.
Екзотични коктейли,водка,уиски,ром,текила и ‘нам-какви си шекерени ликьори,шествуват по снобските котейли,из лъскавите петзвездни хотели и скъпи ресторанти,но появи ли се кана с искрящо добро домашно вино,изпотено шише истинска ракия или кристална мастика,интернационалзима и чуждопоклоничеството ни мигом секват…
