И така,оказва се,че според старите германци било много по-добре да има повече за ядене,отколкото по-малко за пиене,а че в Германия не си поплюват по отношение на хапването и пийването ни доказа отново издание бр.185 на прочутия в цял свят,грандиозен празник на бирата Октоберфест.През тази година напоителната веселба започна в Мюнхен при засилени мерки за сигурност. Раниците и големите чанти на фестивала на бирата са забранени и около мястото на провеждане е издигната ограда, за да е сигурно, че всички посетители се проверяват.
Стартът на пивката фиеста бе даден вчера-22.09., в Schottenhamel Tent точно в 12.00 ч. от кмета на гр.Мюнхен Дитер Райтер,който заби канелката на буре №1 само с два удара и произнесе знаменитите думи «O`zapftis!»(Пробито е!).
Пак по традиция първата халба се полага на министър-председателя на Бавария…
Началото на най-големия бирен празник в света-мюнхенския „Октоберфест“ е една любовна история.На 12 октомври 1810 г.Кронпринцът Лудвиг фон Байерн се жени за Терезе фон Заксен-Хилбурхаузен.Последвалото пищно тържество се провежда на една великолепна поляна,която кръщават на булката-Терезиен визе.Градската управа решава той да се повтаря всяка година и така стигаме до днешната 205-та фиеста на бирата.Всъщност заради войната и избухването на холерни епидемии,няколко години са били пропуснати, затова технически феста е на „само” 185 години.
Тук е забранено:
Облекчаването извън многобройните тоалетни-глоба 75 евро.
Чупенето на халби-200 евро.
Чашата да не е напълнена до чертата,обозначаваща 1 литър- 4000 евро.
Бира.Според статистиката всеки посетител изпива около 8 литра.Баварците повече.Употребеното количество през миналата година е достигнало 55.891 хектолитра или приблизително 5 600 000 литра.(2011-достигна рекордните 6 000 000 л.)
Наденички.699.562 е броят на печените вурстчета ометени през дните на бирения празник,към тях се добавят 63.566 свински джолани и 118 опечени вола-с 6 по-вече от миналата година,а 210.268 чифта са изядените кремвирши.
Посетители.През 2017 г,октоберфеста е бил посетен от сравнително скромните 6 мил. и 500 хил.души,но през тази година се очакват,отново обичайните над 7 милиона почитатели на кехлибарената течност.( Рекордът е от 1980 – 7.5)
Шатри-16 и 20 по-малки палатки през тази година.Най много са местата в Хофбройхауз-10 264,а най-малко в Кафе Моренкопф-само 30.
Общ брой на местата край масите в специално построените, временни заведения-94 000.
Работно време от 10 сутринта до 11.30 вечерта.Спиране на биросервирането в 22.30 ч.
Изключения:“Käfer Wiesn-Schänke“ and the „Wine Tent „,работещи до 1 ч.след полунощ.
Общ брой на стационарно работещите „на поляната“ през двете седмици на феста-8 000 + 5 000 приходящи помощници.
Тоалетни.740 са „седящите“ места за дами и 700 правостоящи за господата.
След като през миналатна година за първи път в историята на Октоберфест цената на литър бира литър премина критичната граница от 10 евро на литър,сега пивото на в Мюнхен поскъпва с 25 евроцента на литър. Така вместо 10,70 евро, колкото беше през 2017 г., увеличението е средно с 2,58%, и цената на задължителния за употреба един “Мас”,т.е-литър бира достигна рекордните 10.95 EUR.
Бутилка вода от 1 литър струва около 8,73 евро – увеличение с 46 евроцента спрямо 2016 г. Литър лимонада пък ще струва 9,55 евро,а най-скъпата напитка е литър Weissbier – 15,60 евро за литър.
Официалната халба на събитието през тази година е с цена 13 евро.Чашата е украсена от студенти по изкуство, а картините по нея символизират ключовите за феста лакомства – претцели и джинджифилов сладкиш.
Цените на билетите за събитието излизат около 200 EUR на човек.
